What Are Heavy Metals?
Heavy metals are naturally occurring elements that have a high atomic weight and density. They include metals like lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic, among others. These metals can enter our bodies through various routes, such as inhalation, ingestion, or skin absorption. Even if we only have small exposures, they can accumulate over time, potentially causing harmful effects. Some examples of heavy metals that we might be exposed to include:

How Do Heavy Metals Impact Eczema?
Our skin acts as a barrier against external pollutants, including heavy metals.
