INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS VISITS
Experience comprehensive holistic support with Wellness Visits from a Cleanbody Practitioner. Our expert practitioners utilize the proven Cleanbody Method to address your health concerns from a holistic perspective. During your visit, your practitioner will assess your overall well-being, taking into account your physical, mental, and emotional health. This integrative approach ensures that you receive personalized recommendations and support, empowering you to achieve lasting wellness and vitality.
THE CLEANBODY METHOD
During your individual visits, your Cleanbody Practitioner will utilize the Cleanbody Method to assess your health, optimize the Cleanbody Pillars, and support your body's natural healing abilities.
STEP 1: EVALUATE
ORGAN HEALTH & BURDEN

Your journey begins by investigating the health of your organs and toxin load to understand how we will approach your care. We will evaluate your health in your first visit and then order labs, if necessary. It usually takes up to 4 weeks to receive your labs results.
Organ & Pillars
Assessment

Take our CB Organ Assessment to understand your Cleanbody health, then meet with our Cleanbody Nutritionist to get a comprehensive assessment of your organs and organ burden.
Daily
Journaling

You will use our Cleanbody app to journal everything from food pictures to poop pictures and symptoms, so that you (and your CB team) can observe your symptoms and start to understand how nutrition, lifestyle, and other supportive treatments may improve your health.
Organ Function
Labs

Will will use organ function labs to assess liver function, kidney function, cholesterol levels, blood sugar, immune function, autoimmune disease, thyroid, female hormones, male hormones, gut function, and more.
Organ Burden
Labs

We will use organ burden labs to test for food intolerances and toxins such as environmental toxins, mycotoxins, and heavy metals, and pathogens such as mold, parasites, yeast/fungus, bacterial overgrowth, and more.
STEP 2: OPTIMIZE
YOUR CLEANBODY PILLARS

The core of a Cleanbody is supported by strong Cleanbody Pillars. These pillars nourish the Cleanbody organs and functions. Your Cleanbody Practitioner's initial care plan will focus on supporting you in optimizing your Cleanbody Pillars of Health, while she is waiting for your labs to return.
CleanMIND
When you are in "Fight or flight" mode, your body can't heal. This pillar focuses on getting you in "Rest and Digest" mode so that you can heal.
CleanFOOD
Remove toxic foods from your diet and focus on "Clean" foods that nourish and feed your body to heal.
CleanFIT
Cardiovascular and muscular endurance, flexibility and range of motion, an optimal hip-to-waist ratio, and lymphatic drainage are the focus of the CleanFIT pillar.
CleanENVIRO

We are surrounded by environmental, heavy metal, and biological toxins everyday. This pillar focuses on cleaning up your toxic exposures to decrease the toxic burdens on your body.
CleanROUTINE
A CleanROUTINE is a daily routine that promotes a healthy circadian rhythm, daily detoxification, restful sleep, and more, to promote a Cleanbody.
STEP 3: SUPPORT
YOUR CLEANBODY ORGANS & FUNCTIONS

Your labs will return in about 4 weeks and then you will meet with your Cleanbody Practitioner for a Lab Review Visit to decide the next steps. Below, you will see the supportive modalities that we may use to support your journey. After supporting your system for 2-3 months, and seeing you for individual visits every 4-6 weeks, your Cleanbody Practitioner will consider running follow-up labs to assess your progress and make adjustments to your care plan.
Nutritional
Supplements

Supplements are formulated with essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that can complement your diet and address potential deficiencies.
Herbs
& Homeopathy

Herbs and homeopathic remedies are derived from plants and other natural sources and provide holistic support to the body's systems.
Advanced
Nutrition Plans

These plans go beyond basic dietary recommendations and take into account your unique requirements, such as allergies, sensitivities, metabolism, gut health, inflammation, or medical conditions.
Supportive
Treatments

Supportive treatments, including colon hydrotherapy and more, aim to enhance your body's healing mechanisms, promote circulation, reduce inflammation, and restore balance to the affected organs and systems.
INDIVIDUAL VISIT EXPERIENCE
WEEK 1:
WELLNESS VISIT #1 &
ORDER LABS

In your initial virtual visit, your CB practitioner will assess your current nutrition and lifestyle behaviors, give you personalized recommendations, and determine if labs may be helpful. Recommendations may include tailored dietary adjustments, specific nutrient intake suggestions, nutritional supplements, and individualized guidance on optimizing the Cleanbody Pillars of Health. After this visit, you will schedule a visit to review labs once labs return. We recommend that you consider joining a support membership, so that you can work on optimizing your Cleanbody Pillars of Health before your next visit and access our weekly group support.
WEEK 6 AND BEYOND

Following your second visit with your CB Practitioner, your personalized recommendations will pave the way for your next steps. Tailored to your evaluation, individual needs, and financial considerations, you'll be presented with a variety of options. Whether you choose to continue with our visit-to-visit care or explore additional support based on your lab results, the decision is yours. Individual visits are available to schedule as needed.
